Charge 4 stopped tracking my distance

My Charge 4 (approx 2 years old) has stopped tracking distance full stop. The last time was on Tuesday this week. I’ve tried the removing it and adding it back in, tried changing the GPS settings, tried changing height and age and tried changing the clock face. All that and it still won’t track any distance at all.
