I have tried all the suggestions, deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app to my phone,
bluetooth on and off. Resetting my charge 4 , nothing seems to work. The charge 4 has worked fine for 11 months from new but stopped syncing for no reason. When I try to set up my device the watch face reads down load or update the Fitbit app to set up. I have the latest Fitbit app on my phone. 🤷🏻:male_sign: Has anyone any ideas. Thanks
