Charge 4 stopped updating and now won’t pair With my IPhone 13

I have tried all the suggestions, deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app to my phone, 

bluetooth on and off. Resetting my charge 4 , nothing seems to work. The charge 4 has worked fine for 11 months from new but stopped syncing for no reason. When I try to set up my device the watch face reads down load or update the Fitbit app to set up.  I have the latest Fitbit app on my phone. 🤷🏻‍:male_sign:  Has anyone any ideas. Thanks

Thank you for your reply. 👍but for no reason the firmware updated on its
own.

I looked a little deeper on the community and found the attachment below.
It comments on Fitbit controlling its Bluetooth connection to your phone,
which would explain why my phone suddenly updated its firmware after 4
days.
