When I have been running or cycling Charge 4 stops recording.  It displays a message that it cannot locate the battery charge.  Despite the watch being fully charged.  I have powered down, reset and removed from the App but does not seen to work.  data is saved up to the point that it stopped recoding.

 

Ant help will be appreciated.
