This past week my straps are not staying on my Charge 4. I've tried three different straps (two different brands that have previously been 100% fine), yet they keep falling off. Help, I don't want to lose my watch!

Check the watch mount rather than the strap. There's a known issue there which people think is a problematic strap. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-4/Charge-4-is-poorly-designed/td-p/5234081
