Screen is locked on a notification to sync with calendar. I can’t find a way to do that with my iPhone, even after following directions on the instructions board.

Hi there, @Merr8513. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4 before reaching out.
Please restart your Charge 4 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If the issue persists, please attach a photo showing the message you're receiving so I can go from there. In order to add a photo to your reply please:
- When you're in the reply page, click on the Insert Photos icon (the little camera).
- Then, click on the Choose File in the middle of the grey window that will pop up.
- Search for the photo on your computer or phone and click on Open.
- Once the image shows up in the grey windows, select the size and the position and click on Done.
