Charge 4 suddenly doesnt sync or even connect with iphone 13

Hi,

My Charge 4 stopped syncing with iphone 13. Doesnt work either when manually trying to force a new sync from the Fitbit app. Tried bluetooth off/on, rebooted Charge 4 (both from settings and by pressing button 8 sec's), restarted the iphone. Deleted Fitbit app and downloaded again. Also tried to move account to Google, but doesnt solve it either.

Now, from the app, when trying to configure a new unit "charge 4", i get the message from the app that it has "found" the charge 4, but when entering the 4 digits in the app that is shown on the charge 4 - it just hangs up/stucks and says "Connecting to fitbit", but nothing happens.

Anyone else experience the same problem?

/Tommy

THIS ^   I tried for two hours solid to get mine to resync.  Tried everything I could find on you tube.  Nothing worked. Gave up and looked at it a few hours later and it had just randomly synced on its' own.

I contacted the chat support now, and while testing the Bluetooth connection in different places and different Wi-Fi connections it suddenly connected. Now it has synced up. Hoping you will have the same luck soon !

As others pointed out - leaving it in the "stuck mode" for a couple of hours worked like a charm. Now connected..
