Charge 4 syncing but unresponsive

My charge 4 is syncing and tracking my activity but is unresponsive.

If I do a hard reset, I get the smiley face but then nothing else. I'm getting no haptic feedback from pressing the button, tapping the screen or plugging into the charger. 

It is still syncing updates to the app. The green light on the back is also working.

This began happening around eight hours ago. 

Appreciate any suggestions to fix this.

I’ve also got the exact same problem here — only got the smiley face notification once, but even when I charge it, no battery or anything pops up on the screen 😞

Mine just started doing the same. Unresponsive, vibrates and smiley face appears and now nothing. My app says it’s fully charged and my fit bit isn’t even 2 yet. 🥺

I don’t know if this will work for you you but I turned off the Bluetooth going to my Fitbit for a couple minutes, turned it back on and then went to my Fitbit app to sync it. Mine is now back to showing my steps and heartbeat on my app again. May or may not have been why it started working again.

It's now working again, but burning through a full battery in a matter of hours. I've tried restarting multiple times, logging out and into my app, unpairing and re-pairing.

Huh. I tried everything and mine is still unresponsive. 😞
