My charge 4 is syncing and tracking my activity but is unresponsive.
If I do a hard reset, I get the smiley face but then nothing else. I'm getting no haptic feedback from pressing the button, tapping the screen or plugging into the charger.
It is still syncing updates to the app. The green light on the back is also working.
This began happening around eight hours ago.
Appreciate any suggestions to fix this.
