Charge 4 time problem fixed

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Just wanted to post a success story. Yesterday my charge 4 tracker was 26 hours off. It had changed over at daylight savings time, but then a few days later showed wrong time. I chatted, turned off and on, synced, everything I could do. This morning, I looked at the back where the charger fits. There were four opaque panels, two showing red. I pressed on the panels and the time changed to correct time!  I have no idea why and would love to know if anyone else knows why.

Hi @Lovecali. Welcome to the community forums.

Thank you for taking the time to share this experience with me.

As you, I'd like to know if someone else had the same difficulty you had or have been able to fix the issue on their own.

Normally, the time on the devices gets fixed once you sync with the Fitbit app. When time zone changes occur, devices tend to adjust to the new times on their own.

That’s what I thought too Manu. And it did change with daylight savings time. The all of a sudden it was 26 hours off. I synced it (twice). Don’t know if my pressing on the back buttons was a coincidence but it reverted to correct time immediately! Yay! Thank you for responding.
