Recently, about 2 weeks ago, my charge 4 developed an issue that greatly hobbles it's usability, and that is that it's recognition of touch has suddenly gotten extremely spotty. Such as a frequent complete inability to swipe between screens and touch inputs being registered on the wrong part of the screen. Because of this behavior I'm completely unable to leave the main watchface screen. It's very strange because the problem appeared seemingly overnight with no previous issues before that.
Thus far I have tried all of this unsuccessfully:
Charging it to full, resetting it via long side button hold while charging multiple times, changing the watchface multiple times, letting the battery deplete and then charging it again, unpairing and then re-pairing the device from my phone, reinstalling the fitbit app, and of course cleaning the screen thoroughly.
I'm quite out of ideas at this point and am really hoping for a solution that doesn't involve me buying a new one at the moment.
