Charge 4 won't charge

I had a Versa 3 with the same problem and bought versa 4 june 2021 and now I already have the same problem. 

I already used another cable from someone but this does not help, so it is not the cable ; the fitbit does not start to charge, neither displays anything else when connected (even not the smiley). I'm love my fitbit but i am not happy with the same problem in 1 à 2 years. If i cannot solve it this time I wil buy another type of tracker this time.

Hi there, @Vyvey. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 4 and trying another charging cable already. 

Probably is not the charger, but the Charge 4 having some trouble to be charged. So, with that being said, please follow all tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

iam also facing the same issue.I found some fixes online regarding fitbit charge 4 not turning on. It's working now

this is what I did: I made sure I charged it to full and then after some time did a hard press to restart.

It worked for a while but now a few months later i have again the same issue, not charging anymore..
