Hi everyone!.I have a "Charge 4".That I got for my bday last year!

 

It's only a little over a year old. It was purchased brand new from Costco!

 

Only take it off to shower n charge.. It's time for a charge so I put it on the charger while showering like normal. When I got out I put it back on...but didn't check to see if it was changed. (Took it for granted that it was)😑

 

A few hours later I check the time and it's on its last leg. I realized it didn't charge earlier. I didn't do anything differently than I usually do..

 

So just now..I out it BACK on the charger and ...nothing... It will NOT charge for some reason... What do I do?.Wish I could just reset it...

I have a Charge 4.... But this forum thing is only letting me choose an ALTA HR....weird...

Which was my 1st watch .. not my current one...😟

I have EXACTLY the same issue, with the device discharging overnight, and then not re-charging.

 

Device purchased in July 21..

 

Any guidance?

The same issue started with me yesterday I had charged in morning but I’m afternoons ran out I also thought I hadn’t fully charged it in the morning. So I fully charged it made sure it was at 100% this morning I wake up and it’s discharged again and had recorded overnight my sleep
