Charge 4 won’t hold charge

I purchased my Charge 4 from Fitbit.com on June 13, 2021.  It had been working great, tracking my workouts, sleep, heart rate, etc, until two days ago.  Suddenly, the battery goes from 100% to 5% in about 3 hours.  I have not changed any of the settings- brightness and  gps are all the same as they have been since the day I got it.  Please help.  I do believe it should still be under warranty?

I’ve had the same issue, worked fine till a few days ago it started draining within hours.

Interesting, this exact same thing happened to me.  Woke up yesterday morning and the battery had completely drained overnight.  Charged it to 100% in the morning, and by the afternoon it was completely dead again.  I tried rebooting, and charged overnight, but this morning the same issue.

the same thing happened to me on Friday.  I have rebooted it and charged it all night, cleaned the terminals.  nothing has helped.  I'm kind of disappointed b/c it was working great up until Friday.
