My exercise right now is typicall very vigorous walks. Before the latest firmware update, I could bluetooth synch to my phone, take both the charge 4 on my wrist and phone on my walk with me, and when I get home I could either look on the app or on my computer (PC with chrome browser) and see a map of where I went with fairly accurate distance (not exact, but close enough).
After the latest firmware update, all I get is that I did an activity for a certain amount of time for a certain amount of distance with a certain set of heartrates. What happened to the map? How do I fix this?

@Tallow13 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.
When you start the recording on your Charge 4, do you use Connected GPS, the internal one of the Charge 4, or any other setting?
If you use Connected GPS/ Dynamic, do you see that the GPS connection was successful?
Please make sure that the Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background, even after the cell phone's display is off.
Hope this helps.

I'm doing the exact same process I've done for over a year that worked just fine until the most latest firmware update. The live person I chatted with indicated I should turn off automatic registering of activity because its coming in and interrupting the activity I manually activate. I wish this would get fixed and soon.
