Ive been havimg problems with my charge 4 syncing for many months.... i blamed it on my phone at the time as it wasnt in great repair. I have now moved country and have a new phone but my watch still wont sync with phone....and is showing the time at home in ireland rather than my new timezone. Can anyone offer any help or suggestions? Thanks

Every 4 days or so my Charge 4 stops syncing. Sometimes just resetting the Fitbit while it's in the charger corrects this. Other times I have to reset it and re-start the iOS app. Sometimes I have to reset the Fitbit and uninstall/reinstall the app and remove the Charge 4 from my account and re-add it. Sometimes I have to try these things multiple times, but I always manage to re-establish the connection eventually. I was hoping that this morning's firmware update would have fixed this, but it looks like the problem is still there.
