Has anyone else had a problem with the HR going dead a few hours into the day? I took it off charge this morning and it showed fully charged ( charged all night) and now it’s yellow giving me alerts it needs to be charged and it’s obly been off charge a few hours.

My HR started doing that and was completely dead within another week. One thing that was mentioned (didn't try calling support until it was too late) was that there was a BIOS update for the Charge HR last year and that perhaps, the battery was running out because the HR kept trying unsuccessfully to update. Mine is too dead now to even try an update. Maybe a Fitbit moderator can weigh in on whether you should try that.
I did try resetting the HR (plug it in to a USB port, hold the button down about 30 seconds until it displays the version number). That did not help in my case, but was a suggestion I found on this forum.
It's also scary that there seems to be a sudden increase in people reporting this or a similar problem with the Charge HR. I worry it DID update and then died.
