I have a charge hr and a oneplus 5T android 10. I have gone through the connection process on my phone, entering the pin on my phone from the charge hr, and then a Bluetooth pairing and linking screen comes up. The app automatically tries to pair with the device but there always a pop up message (couldn't connect to charge hr because of incorrect PIN or passkey).
I have tried uninstalling the app, turning Bluetooth on and off, unpairing every device on my phone, restarting both phone and fitbit, clearing cache, checking permissions... Nothing works.
Please help

Was this ever resolved? I'm having a similar issue on a google pixel 6 running android 13.

I have worn a Charge 4 for over 2 years, but in just the past week, I get a regular (twice today) message telling me thaf it has lost Bluetooth pairing with my iPhone SE with IOS 16.4 enabled. I have tried all the solutions offered to fix the issue, but I still get the lost pairing message and have to repair manually. Everything is up to date. This occurs on the move, so there cannot be conflict with other Fitbit/Bluetooth-connected devices. Please fix this frustrating issue.

Yep - same problem. I have had my Charge HR since 2015 and the software/App has been flaky throughout, in one way or another. In recent months I have begun getting the banner 'to improve performance pair your device..' or words to this effect. With MANY attempts to pair my device I was able to do so ONCE, but when I closed the app it lost the pairing again, never to be seen again. The tracker itself seems to do what it is designed to do but the app is rubbish. It is worth noting that my PC is able to pair the device, but the Win10 app doesn't work properly and never has.
What's going on FITBIT??
Samsung A52 with Android UI 4.1 version 12

"Moderator edit: format." but they cant reply to your comments?
Fitbit took something that used to work within seconds out of the box and turned it into something so frustrating it makes you regret things.
Got my old HR out after needing to watch my steps, heart / sleep. oh look its connected, oh no wait its not. but it synced? but it cant link? but it can sync and update? seriously?
