When I plugged my Charge HR in last night, it was fine. I got the charging battery icon on the screen. When I took it off the charger today, nothing happened. There’s a single dot on the left side of the screen.
Mad with previous problems when the Charge doesn’t immediately start up, I pressed my button to reset and restart. And I held it down...and held it down...and held it down. After 93 seconds, I stopped holding it down. I tried cleaning everything. Nothing. I tried once more to reset. Nothing.
And now I no longer have the option to email customer support, which is ridiculous, since not everyone has Twitter orb the time to so they around on the phone.
So please tell me what is wrong with my Charge that I have this problem with it every couple of weeks!

@Pfr-mng13 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your Charge HR display not turning on. Thanks for performing the restart steps.
I just want to make sure you did the restart steps correctly. Did you had your tracker plugged in (charging) when you pressed and hold the buttons? Check @ACG's post above which is showing the steps on how to correctly do this.
Why don't you have the option to email customer support?
Keep me posted!
