So is there anyone else having major issues with their Charge HR? I regret so much forking out alot of money for a product that is not working properly. Contacted Customer support but since this is a replacement they can not do anything. But was quick to say buy another one. I am only dumb once!!! too much money for a defective product.
The Heart Rate monitor works and quit. Reset it and works for a few minutes and then stops. Money down the drain!

@AirForceBrat Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post your experience and feedback on this thread regarding Charge HR heart rate sensor issues. Thanks for restarting and for contacting customer support regarding this. It's unfortunate to read they couldn't help you out.
Are the green lights turning off too? In this case, if you haven't done so already, please try a factory reset on your Charge HR. This might help you out with this.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!

I did the reset a few times. Called customer support but since I have had it replaced onced. It is not covered under a warranty. So sadly spending $150. 00 on a product that is defective is not something that is acceptable to me. And don’t have money to throw away on defective products. Disappointed customer!!
