Hello,
Does anyone have any solutions on replacing the loop/keeper on the strap that holds the extra length of the band in place? The loop on my wife's band broke off, and the unit was purchased in 2015 so no warranty left. I have already contacted support, but they were unable to resolve the issue by sending me a replacement loop. They said that it wasn't a part that they replace.
Thanks for your input....

You could get some Bitbelts
Also an O ring from any hardware store works as well

Hey WendyB,
Thanks for the suggestion. I was thinking about picking something up from the hardware store but really didn't want to go that route, I like the other solution better from Amazon.
Thanks for taking the time to respond!
Best AnswerI have same problem. Fitbit falls off arm especially of a night time. Kind of renders it a bit useless. Absolutely poor they don't have replacements. I'll try the O ring from hardware store, tried a rubber band but that just cut into me. Unimpressed with their service for a watch that cost $$$ and looks pretty crap with rubber band holding it on.
