Yesterday, fully charged, it did not record any steps in the middle of the day. I found that it showed the steps in active minutes, but no activity on the step chart. Today, it shows time I was out and about as time sleeping. Help please.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Hey @Suzys and @WendyB, it's nice to see you here! @Suzys I noticed that my friend @WendyB offered the restart process for you to fix the issue with the steps tracker, did it work? If not, please let me know and provide as many details you can so I can help you further.

I'm not sure...I've been sick in bed, so I haven't been able to check it yet. Thanks.

My HR 3 is not reflecting stats. This morning I worked out and saw my HR tracking steps, calories, miles, etc. it recorded the exercise. Now it’s decreased the number of steps, miles, calories but has kept the exercise time as recorded. Tried resetting it three times and it’s still not reflecting accurate stats... HELP!
