Hi,
I have a charge hr and it was working perfectly okay but now all of a sudden the screen won't work, it's just blank.
When I try to charge it, the green light on the back comes on but I've tried the 15 second restart method and the other 5 second method but nothing happens.
Is there anything that can be done to fix this?
