I have a fitbit hr and have charged it for quite some time. When it's plugged in it'll boot up showing me the fitbit logo then a full battery But as soon as i unplug it, it shuts off and becomes in responsive. I've tried resetting it but still nothing.

This exact same problem has just happened to my sisters which I’m trying to help her fix.. she’s gutted as she loves hers and I’m gutted as I bought her it as a gift 😞.. what was the solution in the end for this...

I am having the exact same issue. I even tried to do a factory reset but it won't let me due to the fact it doesn't do anything when it's unplugged. Please let me know if you figure something out that will fix the issue.
