My charge hr when i try to set up goes all the way through to giving me the code and then just sits there saying connecting......
I have tried resetting the charge hr, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turned bluetooth on and off. Nothing works....
What else can be the problem?

This can happen if your phone is not supported by fitbit. Have you checked yours at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

I'm having the exact same problem. My phone is compatible and was working a few weeks ago. Now I dont know. I've uninstalled the app, force stopped the app, cleared the cache, switched bluetooth off and on, tried connecting over wifi or cell data. And I can still not connect.
