Iive bought a charge 3 and its stuck in set up screen. It's been on and off and wont give the option to set up. It's got as far a smiley face icon and then goes black. Great fathers day gift.

Hi @Karen1510 you need to go to the web address displayed on the tracker, then install the Fitbit app on the phone.

Now use the Fitbit app to setup the tracker to your Fitbit account.

How do I set up my Fitbit device?
