My charge isn’t turning on after charging it and going to see if there was anything I could do. I just bought it? Any solution? Get a new one sent to me?

Can you plug it in like your charging it and do a restart?
Do it at least 3 times.
If that does not work then exchange it where ever you bought it. If at Fitbit Use the Help link at the top of the forum

@willjoe the original post was in March 2019. Replying to old threads can often be confusing. There is no lightning cable for the Fitbit devices, only usb.
