My charge isn’t turning on after charging it and going to see if there was anything I could do. I just bought it? Any solution? Get a new one sent to me?

Can you plug it in like your charging it and do a restart?
Do it at least 3 times.
If that does not work then exchange it where ever you bought it. If at Fitbit Use the Help link at the top of the forum

If you've tried charging your phone and it won't turn on, there may be dust and dirt clogging the charging port or a problem with the USB or lightning cable.

@willjoe the original post was in March 2019. Replying to old threads can often be confusing. There is no lightning cable for the Fitbit devices, only usb.
