Hi
I acquired what i think from other posts is a Charge HR a couple of years ago and eventually re-syned it to my new phone at the weekend.
Everything was fine for 2 days and it now appears to have died.
When attaching to power the FItbit logo flashes up with V110 and then the battery full icon appears.
if unplugged the device is unresponsive.
Ive tried all the restart options.
The screen will flash up with the logo and V110 after holding the button for the recommended time but it doesn't vibrate and goes back to being unresponsive.
Any suggestions as to what to try next?
