Hi there my charge 2 screen has stopped working. All other elements of the watch are fine but I cannot see the screen and this happened out of the blue. Can you please help?

Try installing a different clock face, preferably one from Fitbit.

Thanks but it seems to be that the lcd has stopped working all together it’s not just one screen.
