i bought a charge 2 recently and it was 13 hours off and in KM for mileage. I called fitbit and we spent over an hour resynching, resetting, removing and reinstalling...Making sure all the settings were correct but the Charge 2 device just wouldn't take the settings. So this Charge 2 Zeroes out at noon instead of Midnight for my time zone. The fitbit advocate told me She was escalating the problem and I would receive an email. No email came I called again the advocate said I would receive an email and I would need to send a screen shot. No email came. If there's no hope I want to send it back. I don't want to be left Hanging.
