Hi-
ive searched forums on this already. A couple of months ago, my charge 2 stopped powering up. I’ve left it connected to the charger for several hours - all connections are correct. I’ve tried different wall chargers.
not sure what to do here. I would appreciate any guidance. Is buying a new Fitbit my only option? ($$$$)

Let me help you with your Charge 2 that isn't turning on and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

Hi Alvaro- I was trying to uncheck ‘-accepted solution ‘ and somehow it got submitted as an accepted solution.(!!!)
i will try your suggestions today and let you know how it goes.
Just to be sure- NOT solution yet.

I'm having the same problem. My fitbit stopped working this weekend. When I plug it in to charge the battery indicator looks like it's dead; a few minutes later it looks fully charged. When i unplug it an put it on it works for about 2 minutes and then it's dead again. I've since left it charging overnight and the same thing happens. Any thoughts as to what's going on would be much appreciated.
