After a few syncs Charge3 is not even listed among my Bluetooth devices on my new iphone . Why - or is this a phone problem? Other devices are listed and connect ok.

If you have just changed phones, do you still have the old one? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking the connection to the new phone.
