Charge3 is epileptic

My Charge3 started to keep showing the Screen Wake Notification about 2 days ago-I just updated the clock face as suggested here in the forum and it did not work.  Now the Screen Wake is coming on more than 10 times per minute!

I have also tried to turn off all notifications-still not working properly!

And when connected to the charger it will not do a restart.

By the wake screen coming on over and over the battery is draining extremely quickly. And I can't stand the constant buzz!!!
