Jumps to DND screen constantly. Many black lines over display. Display faded. Does not respond to screen taps or swipes. Difficult to reset. Reset 6 or more times over last week, when it does let me reset it. Battery drains quick due to constant "jumping" and vibrating. Also tried long reset, did it once. Charge3 stopped jumping for few hours then.... funny all these issues when next gen charge is now launched?

I had similar issues so contacted customer services via chat. After several failed attempts to fix it remotely they agreed it was faulty and they supplied a new Fitbit under the guarantee. A few weeks later the second one developed similar faults and a second replacement was issued. That replacement is acting up now!!
