Had my charge 3 under 12mnths , 2 days ago it was jumping from screens vibrating turning off, have restarted changed clock face and tried to reset it still to no satisfaction.

Thanx to customer services talked me through few things didn't resolve problem, awaiting new one with 3/5 working days.
