Hi, I’m upgrading to Charge 3 from Inspire. Do I ditch the old app and start again or continue on existing app?

Hi @Awenham  first remove the Inspire from your account and move it out of range of the Charge 3. Then set it up using these directions - click. You should be able to use the same app as you'll set up a new device on an existing account. Congrats on the new Fitbit!
