I haven't used or charged my charger 3 since months. Now it doesn't start and my phone is not able to identify

The phone won't be able to sync a tracker that isn't turning on @Shakeera 

 

Is the tracker charging? Did you let the battery died, or periodically charged it up once a week?

Is the tracker still connected to your Fitbit account?

No it’s not charging. However when I press the button, it does vibrate but
nothing on display
