Happy New Year! Chatted with customer re the lines that appears on my screen last Dec.24 about my charger 3 followed her instructions nothing happened. But my watch got worst and yesterday it just died. I charge it the night before so i was good. But it keep vibrating yesterday. Then the lines became worst and when I touch the screen nothing happens like it froze and it my watch just died. Tried charging it but it’s not working anymore.😔

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and find a solution. Please keep an eye on your email account.
