Hi
when I plug my Fitbit charge 2 into charge it isn’t charging I have charged it with my sisters charger (as same model) and it charges so it’s my wall lead that isn’t working. It is still under warranty, how can I get a new one??

Hi @CatKin911991 . How long have you had the Charge 2? Since you say it is still under warranty, it would be best to contact Support. You can also purchase a replacement charging cable from Fitbit or from party sellers, such as Amazon.
