Chsrge 2 Syncing Issues

For over a week now my Fitbit Charge 2 won't sync to my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+. Things were working just fine until little over a week ago. I have checked for updates on the app and if any firmware updates were available. And nothing. I have tried to give it time but should not take a week. Please help!

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

 

Note that there is a time consideration here. Your fitbit has enough memory to hold up to a week of data between syncs. After that it starts to hold the data at a daily summary level rather than the normal detailed level. So, when you get things working again you may find that your data looks a little strange.
