Clock face showing heart rate timer which is constant not showing steps or time how do I stop this timer! I’ve checked online and cannot seem to find a solution

I don't know what a "heart rate timer" would be.

Some clock faces change the stats displayed by tapping the watch face.

Otherwise it might depend of what clock face you are using; if it is a non-Fitbit clock face that you have downloaded, it could be a problem with that clock, or look  at the description on the page where you selected the clock for more info from the developer.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
