Clock frozen, Screen wont cycle

Hi, my charge 2 suddenly stopped showing the correct time today. The time is just stuck frozen and always reads the same until I sync, and then it updates and freezes again.

 

Also, somehow it registered that I had climbed 13 flights of stairs today when I only climbed 2.

 

Finally, when I tried to press the side button to scroll through the various displays, it started freaking out by having a delayed reaction, or showing half of one screen and half of another. Now it won't even change screens at all. It will only display the current one. The screen will not respond to taps either.

 

I followed the instructions to reset the Fitbit by plugging it in and holding down the side button, but resetting didn't change anything. I am not sure what to try at this point. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary recently so I am not sure what caused the sudden issue. Please help! Thanks!

What you have mentioned is not a normal behavior on the device. Since you have already restarted your device I went ahead and created a case on your behalf. Please check your email.
