I've tried resetting it while it's on the charger and setting the timezone correctly, but it won't correct my clock. It's two hours behind. Everything else, steps and sleep and exercise, syncs just fine.

After you set the time zone, you need to scroll on down to the bottom of the page and click on Submit and then sync your tracker.
