I’d a Charge 3 blank screen problem and this works - but even though you’ve done all the checks numerous times 15sec etc you’ll be asked to carry out these checks by them to see what the problem is with yours So 😃be patient as they are unaware of your problem until you tell them:sun_with_face:

Then scroll dow and click on Chat with Fitbit and fill in name etc!
