This happened to me last fall and as the number of lines increased I could no longer read my display. FitBit reaches out to me through these boards and replaced my device. However, my replacement is now doing it too. I guess the Charge HR 3’s have a shelf life of about 9 months. 😢

My screen is the same and it is getting more and more difficult to read. We have tried resetting it and it is not helping?
