Hi there,
Got a new charge 2 fitbit for xmas, yay!
Im having a little trouble. My calorie counter doesnt seem to be counting higher than 400-500 calories a day. Im hitting my 10,000 step target by far, i train twice a day, and do roughly 15mins of hit cardio a day. Im 156cm tall and 60kg. Have been following all of the discussions here relating to this issue and have followed the advice imcluding checking my units are correct, i have also reset the fit bit by putting on charge and holding down the button for 4secs until it vibrates and the logo shows up, more than once but no cigar. Any further advice??

What is the answer? My Fitbit Charge 2 is undercounting calories compared to what it used to count for a comparable level of activity
