Hi there,

 

any suggestions on how I can get completed challenges to disappear from my app? It’s only allowing me to participate in 5 but 3 are already completed over a day a ago but won’t leave my app? I can’t seem to delete?!

 

also my texts don’t seem to work with my charge 2 either?! 

any advice is greatly appreciated, I enjoy using my Fitbit but little issues are becoming very frustrating!

Let me help you with your Challenges. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in, after this see if you can start a new challenge.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately it hasn’t helped! Someone has since told me they won’t disappear for 3 days?
