I have been offered a replacement Charge 4 after the bit that connects the watch to the band broke. But when I follow the link from the email to the website and complete the form with my details it then freezes and then says the website is down for maintenance. I then replied to the helpdesks email but got a response saying my case was now closed as "It’s been a little while since we heard from you, so we closed your case." I received the email at 23.20 last night and I've only just been able to look at it now. Hardly a huge amount of time.
Is the website down for maintenance or is it just not working? Any help would be greatly received. Thank you.
