Multiple vibrations

My charge 4 used to vibrate once when I received a message and continuously when I received a phone call. Now it vibrates twice whenever I receive a message (not immediately after one another, so I often think I have more than one message). And it intermittently  vibrates while I’m on the phone, it’s really annoying and I have no idea why it does it!

 

Is this a thing for anyone else? And is there a way I can stop it from happening?
