Condensation on Charge 2

I see a few conversations on the Charge2 experiencing condensation. As the others, i know this unit is not water proof and remove it before engaging in any water related activities. Won't even wear it when i kayak. Recently started experiencing the blurry rectangle in it centre which certainly appears to be some form of condensation. While it is still operating fine, this is annoying. Really bad in sunlight as the screen gets really hard to read. Any solutions other than the rice? Mine is about 2 years old.

Another recent point to add. Just noticed when I changed my clock face that there are lines at the very top in the display. Plus you can see the condensation around the date and surrounding area
