Screen is dark and appears foggy.

I have let it sit in rice for 48 hours. What else should I try to remove the condensation that is preventing from seeing the screen?

Is it completely done? No longer fixable?

Put your tracker into a bowl of dry rice for 48 hours. This will extract any moisture that remains inside the device.
